Will there be group activities during the weekend?

While we don’t have a full weekend itinerary planned, we’d love for you to join us for a Welcome Cocktail Hour on Friday evening from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. It’ll be held on one of AVA’s beautiful terraces, and it’s a great chance to mix, mingle, and kick off the celebration! The rest of the weekend is yours to relax, explore, or connect with friends and family at your own pace.

What time is the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Guests may begin arriving for seating starting at 5:30 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive early to ensure you're seated before the ceremony starts.

Is there a dress code?

Yes – we kindly ask that guests dress in semi-formal attire. Feel free to have fun with your look, but please avoid wearing white, ivory, or any colors that are very close to white, so the bride can shine!

What are the wedding colors?

You’ll see warm, earthy tones throughout the day, think soft neutrals, sun-kissed shades, and white gold touches. While there's no need to match the palette, we do ask guests to avoid white, ivory, or anything too close to those colors.

Can we take photos or videos?

We will have professional photography and videography capturing the day, especially during the ceremony. You're welcome to take photos and videos on your phone, but we kindly ask that you remain present, keep devices on silent, and avoid blocking the professionals during key moments. Thank you for helping us keep the ceremony intimate and distraction-free!

Absolutely! Following the ceremony, please join us for a cocktail hour and reception to celebrate. Festivities will continue until 10:00 PM, so come ready to eat, drink, and dance the night away!

We haven’t created a traditional registry, but if you’d like to give a gift, we’d be so grateful for contributions toward our future together and honeymoon adventures.
